Fiona Piper

Based in Glasgow, Fiona is a Partner in our Corporate team. 

Fiona advises clients on a broad range of corporate matters, supporting businesses at all stages of their lifecycle, from start-ups through to exit.

She provides both transactional and advisory support, including on mergers and acquisitions, investment transactions (particularly for young high-growth companies), restructuring, share options and day-to-day commercial matters.

Excellent client care is central to Fiona’s approach. She is well known for her supportive, pragmatic, and collaborative style. Fiona focuses on working closely with clients to progress transactions efficiently and achieve practical, commercial outcomes.

Fiona is dual qualified in England and Scotland and is a tutor on the Diploma in Professional Legal Practice at the University of Glasgow.
