A highly experienced Family Law Solicitor, Fergus has over 30 years' experience advising individuals and families on a full range of family law matters.
He advises clients on all aspects of family law, including separation and divorce, pre and post-nuptial agreements, cohabitation, child law, and adoption. He has particular experience in contentious issues and has extensive experience in negotiating and drafting complex Minutes of Agreement.
Fergus also deals with high value separation and divorce cases and regularly has cases calling in the Sheriff court and Court of Session.
