Eve Murphy

Working alongside Liam McMonagle and Kirsty Stewart, Eve is a Solicitor in our Intellectual Property team. 

Eve advises a diverse client base, including charities, universities, and technology start-ups, on a range of matters including commercial contracts, intellectual property, and technology-related issues. She strives to provide commercially focused advice tailored to each client’s individual needs.

Eve qualified as a solicitor in 2025 and spent her first year in the Leveraged Finance team of a US law firm before returning to Scotland to join our Intellectual Property team in Edinburgh.
