A Solicitor in the Commercial Real Estate team in Dundee, Euan completed his Traineeship with Thorntons and now works alongside Partners David Milne and Kyle Moir.
He advises clients on a broad range of commercial property matters including; property purchases, sales, secured lending transactions and leases on behalf of both landlords and tenants. He is able to provide advice in relation to ownership and access rights, and has a particular interest in property investment portfolios.
Euan’s clients range from private individuals to businesses, property investors, retail tenants, housing associations, pension funds and private Trusts.
Euan prides himself on his solutions focused approach, recognising potential pitfalls or problems before the develop.
Away from the office, Euan is an adviser with the University of Dundee Law Clinic.
