Erin Elyan

Erin is a Senior Solicitor in our Commercial Real Estate team in Glasgow, working alongside Partners Aimee Gibbons and Hugo Allan.

Erin is dual qualified and works on a wide range of commercial real estate matters across Scotland, England and Wales with a focus on commercial leasing and real estate finance.  She regularly acts for landlords and tenants in relation to the leasing of retail, office and industrial real estate and for both lenders and borrowers in securing real estate finance, particularly in the healthcare sector. 

Erin also has experience in the renewable energy sector.
