Based in Edinburgh, Emma is a second seat Trainee Solicitor in our Immigration team. Emma completed her first seat in the Corporate and Commercial team.
She holds a First Class Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and Diploma in Professional Legal Practice from the University of Dundee. During her time at university, Emma also served as Co-President of the Dundee University Law Society.
Emma has strong advocacy skills developed through mooting and international competitions, including representing Scotland in an international competition at the Hague. From these experiences, she learned to communicate complex ideas clearly, construct persuasive arguments, and remain composed under pressure. These skills translate well into corporate and commercial work, where Emma strives to deliver both practical and client focused advice.
