Donald Thomson

Working alongside Chris Allan, Donald is a Solicitor in our Corporate team in Dundee.

He advises clients on a wide range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, insolvency and corporate restructuring, commercial contracts, business acquisitions, and partnership agreements.

Alongside his professional practice, he teaches at the University of Dundee and has published work in several journals including the International Company and Commercial Law Review and the International Insolvency Law Review. Donald is actively engaged in international research collaborations working closely with practitioner and academic colleagues and has presented research at major international conferences, such as the INSOL Europe Congress and the Harvard-Wharton Insolvency and Restructuring Conference.
