Darcy Reilly

A Senior Solicitor in our Corporate team, Darcy works alongside Partner Alistair Lang.

Darcy advises a broad range of clients, from entrepreneurs, owner-managed businesses and SMEs to investors and corporate groups, on a wide variety of corporate and commercial matters.

Her practice includes advising on mergers and acquisitions, company reorganisations, shareholder arrangements, group structures, corporate governance, share incentive schemes and general corporate law matters. She supports clients throughout the business lifecycle, from formation and growth through to investment, acquisition and exit.

With a background in M&A, Darcy provides pragmatic, commercially focused advice tailored to each client's objectives, helping businesses navigate complex transactions and day-to-day corporate matters.

Darcy is also a Notary Public.
