Darcy Reilly

A Solicitor in our Corporate Ventures and Innovations team, Darcy works alongside Partner Alistair Lang.

Darcy specialises in advising entrepreneurs, as well as start-up and spin-out companies from formation to exit. Darcy also advises a wide range of clients — from SMEs and international companies to individual investors, founders, and global venture capital firms — on corporate and commercial matters including group structures, share incentive schemes, and sales and acquisitions.

With a background in M&A, Darcy has a particular interest in venture capital and the investment side of corporate law. She strives to provide pragmatic, commercially focused advice tailored to each client’s individual needs, supporting innovation and long-term growth.

Darcy is also a Notary Public.
