Danielle advises on a range of corporate matters including investment rounds, option schemes, business acquisitions/exits, corporate restructuring, setting up startup companies and spinouts.
She acts for a variety of clients such as early stage, high growth companies who are looking for advice in the start up entrepreneurial world, including founds SMEs and investors.
Danielle trained at boutique corporate and banking firm in Aberdeen and has exclusively focused on commercial work in the corporate and banking fields throughout her legal career. She has a particular interest in assisting founders in growing their business into a successful venture.
Having moved around Europe and the Middle East with her family's business, Danielle understands just how important her client's business is and can help make important commercial decisions.
Danielle is also a Notary Public.
