Daniel Sinclair

Daniel is a Solicitor in our Corporate team, advising a broad range of clients on all aspects of corporate and commercial law. He acts for owner-managed businesses, SMEs, start-ups, family businesses, family investment companies, and larger corporate groups across Scotland and the UK.

Daniel’s specialism is M&A transactional and investment-based work. He has experience in a wide variety of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, employee ownership transfers, investment and finance transactions, corporate restructurings, and corporate succession planning. He also advises on employee share schemes, including EMI schemes, and on shareholder and investment agreements.

Daniel works with clients across a range of sectors, including sports organisations, engineering, logistics, hospitality, hotel and leisure, financial advisory services, and professional service companies. His areas of particular interest include advising sporting organisations, financial services firms, and professional service companies.

Daniel holds a Masters (LLM) in Corporate and Financial Law from the University of Glasgow and takes a pragmatic, solutions-focused approach to helping clients achieve their commercial and strategic objectives.
