Carys Magee

Working alongside Aimee Gibbons and Ewan Miller, Carys is an Associate in our Commercial Real Estate team in Glasgow. 

Carys advises clients on a wide range of commercial real estate matters. She has a particular focus on renewable energy projects, regularly preparing options, leases, and other documentation for onshore wind and sustainable energy developments.

Carys also works closely with our Corporate team on the property aspects of business sales and purchases the majority of which are in the healthcare sector. She also acts for companies, charities, and individuals on other commercial property agreements including purchases, sales, lettings and refinancing. 

Carys is known for her approachable and pragmatic nature, using initiative to achieve the best results for her clients.

Carys is also a Notary Public and was named M&B’s Conveyancing Student of the Year in 2018.
