Cara Collins

Cara is a final seat Trainee Solicitor in the Banking team. She joined Thorntons in September 2024 and completed her first three seats in Data Protection. Ventures and Innovation and Commercial Litigation.

She graduated with a First Class Scots Law (LLB) degree from the University of Strathclyde and Diploma in Professional Legal Practice from the University of Glasgow.

Cara has a particular interest in corporate and commercial law, specifically intellectual property, banking and finance law, as well as governance and regulatory law issues. 

She is a results-orientated person; always looking for the best solution to meet her clients’ needs, while providing practical, implantable solutions.
