Cameron is a Solicitor in our specialist Land and Rural Business Team, advising on the whole sphere of rural matters.

Working closely with his agricultural and land owning clients to help understand their needs and objectives, Cameron is able to tailor his practical, cost conscious advice to help them achieve their goals in matters such as the sale and purchase of farms and estates, rural succession planning, Agricultural Tenancies, and Partnership Agreements.

Cameron is regularly instructed in forestry matters; including the sale and purchase of sites ranging from small woodland plots to commercial plantations over a thousand acres.

Cameron’s key area of interest is rural succession and next generation planning. Through the preparation of Wills and lifetime strategies, Cameron is able to help ensure that farms and estates can be preserved and passed on for generations to come.

He is an Affiliate Writer to His Majesty’s Signet, one of the oldest professional bodies in the world, and a Notary Public. Cameron is also a member of the Agricultural Law Association, and is a life member of the Royal Highland Agricultural Society of Scotland.

Cameron was awarded both his LLB and Diploma in Professional Legal Practice from the University of Edinburgh. He also graduated from the University of the West of Scotland with a BA in Law with Honours.
