Briony Ferguson

Based in Inverness, Briony is a first seat Trainee Solicitor in our Private Client team.

Briony assists clients with a range of private client matters, including preparing Wills, Powers of Attorney, Codicils and Living Wills. She also supports the administration of estates, including ingathering assets, identifying and settling liabilities, and distributing funds to beneficiaries.

Briony is passionate about making legal services more accessible and easier for clients to navigate.

Prior to commencing her traineeship, Briony completed a summer placement at an Aberdeen based property and legal firm in 2024, where she gained experience in Residential Property and Private Client matters.

Briony completed her LLB at the University of Aberdeen and her Diploma in Professional Legal Practice at Robert Gordon University.

Outside of the office, Briony enjoys going for walks and exploring new routes throughout Scotland's countryside.
