Abby McCann

Based in Edinburgh, Abby is a Trainee Solicitor in our Corporate Ventures & Innovations team.

Abby advises clients on corporate transactions, including investment rounds, founder and employee equity arrangements, shareholder agreements, articles of association and share transfers.

Abby is dependable, works efficiently under pressure and is committed to delivering a consistently high standard of service. She enjoys getting to grips with complex issues, spotting potential problems early and finding practical solutions.

Abby holds an LLB and Diploma in Professional Legal Practice from the University of Strathclyde.
