Working alongside Robbie Francis and Alistair Lang, Sean is a Solicitor in the Corporate team and assists a variety of clients with corporate advice, from founders and investors, to SME's and national businesses.
He advises clients in all aspects of Corporate work including; acquisitions and disposals, corporate restructuring, investments and commercial contracts. He also works alongside the Ventures and Innovation team, assisting starts-ups and high growth companies on a range of matters, including securing investments and advising on exits.
Sean has a genuine passion for business and is recognised by his clients for providing commercial advice tailored to their individual needs.
Outside of the office, Sean is a board member of Sports Charity Scotland.
