Louise is a Conveyancing Paralegal (qualified in English and Welsh law) within our busy Dundee residential property team working alongside Partner Steven Drake. She deals with all conveyancing matters more particularly, buying and selling both freehold and leasehold titles. She also advises on transfers of title, discharges, re-mortgages and lease extensions. With over five years’ experience in this area, she particularly enjoys managing large portfolio purchases.
Louise is currently studying with Central Law Training (via the University of Strathclyde) to become dual qualified in Scots Law, with the aim to thereafter be accredited with the Law Society of Scotland.
She is always clear and direct with clients, believing honesty and complete transparency is key to supporting clients through what can be a stressful process. She prides herself on ensuring that her clients understand that they are a priority for her. Louise strives to maintain a high level of communication and keeping clients fully updated throughout the course of the transaction.
