With over 25 years experience in advising on property-related matters Sylvia is well placed to advise clients on commercial and residential conveyancing.
She regularly deals with the purchase and sale of land for development (and associated contracts), site assembly and disposal, property-related work for registered social landlords, secured lending for banks, and commercial leasing.
Sylvia has also tutored in Company Law for the Diploma in Legal Practice at the University of Dundee and has chaired a local private rented housing committee.
