
Heather is a Senior Solicitor in our specialist Land and Rural Business Team in Cupar. She advises clients on a full range of agricultural issues, including: voluntary registration of title for all types of rural property, all aspects of the sale and purchase of land and Estate, property finance and securities, wayleaves and servitudes, leasing, renewables and all other related title matters.
Heather acts for a wide range of clients including landowners, tenant farmers, individuals, partnerships and companies
Heather enjoys building strong relationships with her clients in order to make what are often complex matters, run as smooth and as clearly as possible. Outside of work, Heather enjoys taking part in Parkrun and looking after her Highland Pony, Angus
