
A Partner and Solicitor Advocate in our Personal Injury team, Caroline has been specialising in Personal Injury work since qualifying in 2003.
She deals with a wide range of personal injury cases including road traffic accidents, workplace claims and clinical negligence cases, principally on a no win, no fee basis.
Caroline has experience in litigating in both the Sheriff Court and Court of Session. Caroline has been a part-time tutor on the Diploma in Legal Practice for over 13 years, as a tutor on the Professional Communication course and as joint module organiser for the Personal Injury Elective.
Caroline is also involved with training our trainees and, together with her fellow Solicitor Advocates, runs written and oral advocacy courses annually for them.
