A Compliance Audit may be required with Employment Law Tribunal Insurance (separate fee payable). Fees paid monthly in advance by direct debit with a minimum 12 month contract., Within the Employment Law Knowledge Platform the Staff handbook sections include social media, disciplinary, grievance, absence, bribery, performance, equal opportunities, IT, data protection and maternity policy. Letters include disciplinary letters, disciplinary outcome letter, grievance letter, initial performance review letter, an appeal letter, maternity letter and absence review letters. Certain types of work are excluded, including advice related to acquisitions, sales or tendering processes (including the contracting out/in of services), bespoke training, pensions, GDPR advice and detailed TUPE advice, preparation of bespoke documentation (including negotiation and drafting of settlement agreements, COT3 agreements). Tribunal services from the point of early ACAS conciliation or receipt of ET1, whichever is first, are also excluded. Should you need anyone from the team to attend on site to give support, for example for a disciplinary or grievance hearing, it will be charged at an agreed hourly rate. Excludes: drafting and negotiating settlement agreements, reviewing investigations.  Discount hourly rate for excluded work, for package clients.
