Commercial Litigation

We live in increasingly litigious times.  We believe that prevention is better than cure and would always encourage clients to seek to minimise the chance of litigation.  However, it is not always possible to avoid action.

Our experience in dealing with businesses who have contract disputes, debt recovery issues and so on, is that there is a demand for legal advisors who will get on with the legalities and who can also take a commercial approach.  Our litigation team works closely with our business law department and have developed particular expertise in commercial litigation issues, acting on behalf of the pursuer or the defender.
