Based in our Inverness office, Anna is an Executry Manager working with Partner Magnus Mackay. Friendly and approachable, Anna assists clients following a bereavement, looking to build a positive rapport with them at what she knows can be a difficult time. She specialises in executry administration, applications for Confirmation, Inheritance Tax returns, legal rights claims and settling estates with beneficiaries. She also works alongside solicitors in administering large complex and contentious estates.
With seven years’ experience in executry management, Anna has a Specialist Paralegal Studies Qualification in Wills, Trusts & Executries from Strathclyde University, and is a Law Society of Scotland Accredited Paralegal and Scottish Paralegal Association Member.
