With over 20 years experience in advising on property related matters Sylvia is well placed to advise clients on commercial and residential conveyancing. Sylvia deals regularly with portfolio purchases, sales remortgages, site acquisitions and security work both commercial and residential. Sylvia has also tutored in Company Law for the Diploma in Legal Practice at the University of Dundee and for a time chaired a local rent assessment committee.
