Previously Head of the firm's Private Client Department, Liz was the first female to be accredited by the Law Society of Scotland as a Specialist in Agricultural Law. With a large number of landowning farming and estate clients, Liz handles a wide variety of matters relating to landed estates and farming in general, ranging from cottage lets, partnership matters, dealing with residential development sites, windfarm developments, fishings and sporting rights to Wills drafting and Inheritance Tax/Succession planning. In particular Liz has completed a number of substantial sale and purchase transactions in recent years including significant estate sales. Liz retains a strong interest and involvement in the Angus business community.
