Presently the Chairman of the firm, Jack is a well respected corporate lawyer. He is closely involved with a number of businesses including those in the Education and Housing Association sectors, advising on a wide range of corporate and general business matters. Leading a team of corporate lawyers actively involved in acquisitions and disposals including MBOs and MBIs, company restructuring etc, his extensive experience is drawn on by Boards of Directors and senior management in a range of organisations. He has also been appointed to the Board of Directors of a number of companies, offering hands-on advice. He is also involved as a Trustee of many local Trusts.
