A Senior Solicitor based in our Dundee office, Nikki advises on all areas of employment law including; the TUPE implications of outsourcing, acquisitions and disposals, redundancy situations, handling difficult staff grievances and negotiating severance packages for senior employee exits, Employment Tribunals, significant changes to terms and conditions of employment, post-termination restrictions and the preparation and review of employment contracts, employee handbooks and service agreements. Nikki deals with both commercial clients and individual employees and regularly presents tailored in-house training and seminars on a range of employment topics. Nikki advises on a wide range of UK employment law issues and is a Solicitor qualified in England and Wales.
