Peter has considerable experience working with property developers and builders on residential developments of all types and sizes - especially towards the upper end of the market. This includes all aspects of developments from site acquisition and assembly through funding and associated security work to preparation for sales. Although now tending to specialise in residential developments, Peter has many years experience of Commercial Property transactions with the firm. Additionally Peter carries out security work for banks and other lenders for all types of properties and businesses all over Scotland.
