Initial consultation
Our
Eldercare adviser will meet with you for a full assessment and review of your financial affairs which could include your personal and household income and expenditure (eg insurances, utility bills, Council Tax). We shall also advise you regarding payment methods and make arrangements for you by setting up direct debits and standing orders where you need them. We shall also review your personal legal needs and, if necessary, make arrangements for our solicitors to advise you regarding a Will or Power of Attorney.

To make sure that you are aware of all the state benefits you may be eligible for, our Eldercare adviser can carry out a Benefits Check to ascertain which benefits and services you may be entitled to.

Ongoing assistance
