Care assessment
Our Eldercare adviser will visit you at home (within a radius of 20 miles from our office**) to carry out a full assessment of your care needs as well as to provide guidance and put you in touch with individuals or organisations that provide assistance with domestic tasks, meal preparation, assistance with visits outside the home and those who can provide more specialist nursing care.

Care assessment plus
Our Eldercare adviser can assess your situation as above and create a care package tailored to your needs. Our adviser will make all the arrangements by liaising with providers on your behalf. Depending on your level of requirement, an additional charge may be applicable. In the event of this being the case, we shall discuss this with you, or the person responsible for your care.

Ongoing assistance
Our Eldercare adviser can liaise with you and your care providers on an ongoing basis to ensure that you are happy with the level of care arranged and that services are being carried out to your satisfaction. Speak to our adviser about an ongoing assistance arrangement.
**Further distances can be travelled however, an additional charge may be applicable.
