To celebrate the opening of our new Property Shop we have launched a charity prize draw in aid of Cash for Kids.
By making a donation to Cash for Kids, you will be entered into our charity prize draw where the winner will receive their legal and estate agency services from Thorntons without a fee being charged on the sale.* This could be a saving of up to £2000 for a mid sized property and for someone purchasing a new home this could make a huge difference and allow renovation work to take place, help with the costs of furnishings, carpets etc.
Donations and Entries can be made by calling into our new Dundee Property Shop at Whitehall House, 33 Yeaman Shore, Dundee and filling in an entry form. Anyone is eligible to enter, whether or not you are a client of Thorntons.

*Free legal and estate agency services equates to Thorntons Law LLP neither charging a fee nor commission for one sale of a residential property for the winning entrant. Package does not cover necessary outlays which may include some or all of the following - Cost of Registration and advertisement in Solicitors' Property Guide, Property Register Registration Dues, Discharge of any Mortgage, Property Enquiry Certificate(s), Searchers' Account(s), Home Report(s), Accompanied viewings, Press advertising, VAT as it applies.
