In essence, we are not recruiting trainees but seeking individuals whose commitment to the law and servicing people will allow them to develop into solicitors, associates and beyond. We look for people who will help to shape and develop the firm in the future.
With our increasing variety of work types and an opportunity to learn from some of the best legal talent around, we offer an excellent training ground for individuals, supporting and developing not just their skills as lawyers but as people who have the ability to positively influence those they encounter.
Traineeship - We offer a varied and balanced traineeship with experience in several departments and locations. Our trainees experience real work and client contact. They are assisted by the services of legal support staff and administrators, leaving them to do the work of a lawyer. The trainee programme is supported by a mixture of on and off-the-job training. We have already recruited our trainees for 2008 & 2009 and we are not yet recruiting for 2010. However, we will have more information on our 2010 recruitment plans in the summer of 2009.
