Thorntons Solicitors was recognised for its outstanding contribution to graduate recruitment in London by reaching the final six at the UK wide TARGETjobs National Graduate Recruitment Awards.
Tayside's largest legal firm was among the firms shortlisted for the Outstanding Contribution to Developing Employability and Skills award at the Park Lane Hilton ceremony on Thursday night, which included Enterprise Rent-A-Car, JP Morgan and DMH Stallard.
Thorntons impressed the expert panel made up of representatives from major graduate recruiters and agencies to make the coveted shortlist, with JP Morgan scooping the prize on the night.
Designed to honour the best graduate recruiters, campaigns and websites, the National Graduate Recruitment Awards are divided into 16 categories, spread over different sectors of employment including legal, retail, construction, IT, finance and engineering.
