Tayside's leading legal firm has appointed a new associate to its experienced Intellectual Property team.
Thorntons Solicitors has announced that Liam McMonagle has joined the firm's Yeaman Shore offices in Dundee. The Strathclyde University graduate joins the firm from Dundas & Wilson's Glasgow-based technology team.
Liam is dual qualified in both Scots and English law and his experience spans both IP and IT practice areas with a particular focus on media and entertainment work, IT supply arrangements and higher education.
He was last year recognised as a Leader in the Field in the 2009 Chambers and Partners Review of Scottish media and entertainment lawyers.
