Thorntons’ partner joins Dundee & Angus Chamber of Commerce board

A partner at Tayside's leading law firm has been elected to the Dundee & Angus Chamber of Commerce board of directors.

Craig Nicol, head of the business law team at Thorntons was appointed to the Chamber's board at the organisation's AGM this week in Dundee's Landmark Hotel.

Dundee and Angus Chamber of Commerce is an innovative member-led organisation with a membership base spanning businesses of all types and sizes across private, voluntary, social and public sectors. Based at City Quay in Dundee, the Chamber also plays an active role in and around Angus through its remote office programme in order to provide a comprehensive and inclusive support network to help local organisations grow.

Craig said: "I am honoured to have been elected to the board of directors by its members, and look forward to contributing towards the positive development of the Chamber – which aims to help maximise the success of local businesses and organisations through its ongoing support.

"There is no doubt that the diverse pool of skills and expertise across the board between new and re-elected members will help drive the Chamber on to even greater successes."
