Businesses are joining forces to celebrate prosperity in Dundee tonight at the first ever Confederation of Business Industry (CBI) dinner.
In support the of the inaugural event, Tayside's largest legal firm Thorntons Solicitors is co-sponsoring the event at the Apex Hotel, alongside Willis Insurance Group and Clydesdale Bank.
The event celebrates the growth in enterprise across the region, sending out a clear message to potential investors that Tayside is open for business.
CBI's director general Richard Lambert, and Alan Harden, chief executive of Alliance Trust will be speaking to the audience made up of employers and staff from local businesses keen to promote the area as a great place to live and work.
