Thorntons Solicitors has boosted its total number of partners to 32 with two internal promotions in corporate and commercial property.
Tayside's leading legal firm has appointed Janet McIntyre as partner in its commercial property team and Chris Allan as partner in its corporate team both based in the Dundee offices.
Thorntons – which was shortlisted for outstanding contribution at the UK-wide Target HR awards last month – has also internally promoted a number associates across its Dundee and Perth offices.
In Dundee, Claire Newton, has been promoted to associate in the private client team, along with Grant Johnson. Caroline Kelly has become associate with the personal injury team and John Kydd with litigation.
Susan Dunn has been promoted to associate in the residential property in Thorntons' Perth office.
The firm also announced a new appointment in their Perth office.Anne Curtis joins Thorntons' land and rural business team as an associate.
