Those who have suffered loss or damage after an accident can now avoid funding for costly court proceedings thanks to a ground breaking new insurance policy.
Tayside's leading personal injury law specialist Thorntons Solicitors has introducedthe carefully designed – Scotslaw Solutions – policy to protect no win no fee claimants from paying what could be thousands of pounds in court expenses.
